For Captains/Drivers, we may collect location data in the background when the app is open and online to broadcast available drivers to nearby customers.

• Transaction & Payment Data: We collect payment details and transaction history (e.g. through Razorpay or wallet balances) associated with services booked through the App.
• Device Information: We collect device identifiers and notification tokens to send push alerts and booking updates.

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the ride-booking and delivery services.
• Match customers with nearby captains/drivers.
• Calculate distance-based fares and process transactions.
• Send live notifications and chat messages between customer and captain.

We share necessary details (such as customer name and pickup location) with the matched Captain to complete the booking. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
